    What is Skin Itching? Skin is the main body organ and it is made up of different layers. One layer, the epidermis, has a barrier that prevents germs from entering the body. 

    The epidermis can be broken down into three layers:

    The outermost layer, called the stratum corneum, is composed of dead cells. It's mostly made up of keratin proteins and lipids that make it tough and waterproof.

    The middle layer, called stratum lucidum, contains melanocytes that produce melanin to protect against UV radiation.

    The innermost layer is called stratum basale and contains stem cells that create new epidermal cells as well as other cells in the body like nerve cells and blood vessels.

    Skin itching is a very common problem that people often experience. It can lead to skin problems and it can be difficult to handle. Skin itching is a condition that causes sensations of pricking, stinging, burning, or tingling on the skin. This can occur in any area of the body where there are nerve endings, but most commonly occurs on the face and neck.

    Bacterial skin infections are a common problem that affects millions of people worldwide. Bacterial skin infections are spread through direct contact with contaminated objects or surfaces. People who have bacterial skin infections often experience pain, swelling, and tenderness in the affected area.

    The microbes that cause bacterial skin infections are usually found on the surface of human skin. The most common bacteria that causes bacterial skin infection is Staphylococcus aureus

    There are different types of bacterial skin infections such as:

    -Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome (SSSS)

    -Impetigo

    -Cellulitis

    Hormonal imbalances

    Hormonal imbalances in skin itching is a phenomenon that occurs when there is a difference in the normal hormonal levels of the body. 

    There are two types of hormonal imbalances that can cause skin itching: endocrine (hormonal) and neurotransmitter (neurological). The endocrine type of imbalance occurs when there is a problem with the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, or adrenal glands. The neurotransmitter type of imbalance happens when there is an issue with the central nervous system.

    Many factors affect the skin and cause hormonal imbalances. Some of these factors include diet, stress, hormones, and genes.

    Irritation from clothing or fabrics

    Irritation from clothing or fabrics in skin itching is a common phenomenon. It can be due to a variety of reasons, including contact dermatitis, allergic reactions, and irritant contact dermatitis.
